DWG 40
| DWG 40 is a coating material for maintenance of dry open gears and wheels under extreme conditions. It is made of dry solid and biodegradable organic materials. Even a thin film of DWG 40 gives long-lasting protection against wear, corrosion and friction. Unusually high compressive strength and optimal resistance provide outstanding performance. DWG 40 offers good grip between two sliding contact surfaces and protection against wear and corrosion even at temperatures up to 1200 °C. Use of material is possible despite the high-low temperatures, stresses, and aggressive atmosphere (e.g. salt water, chemicals). |
Instruction for application: DWG 40 has an extremely high content of solid particles. This, between other things, makes a high protection against wear out and noise, and at the same time a low consumption, irrespective of outside temperatures. Dosing of the material is performed with automatic equipment (special device) or manually. But not each device is in position to distribute this material. Therefore, please check the characteristics of the device before use or consult the producer of the device. In case of manual application material must be applied with brush in a thin layer. Material DWG 40 must be protected against introduction of impurities or other material. | |
