DRYproANNSYS devices for WHEEL FLANGES

Anti-noise / anti-wear device for wheel flanges
requires a compressed air.

This system is suitable for all types of rail vehicles, which have at their disposal compressed air.

On-board application system DRYproANNSYS “ss” has been designed for reduction of noise caused by friction between wheels and rails and wear out of wheel flanges and rails (especially in curves).

System allows application of the CHFC material to one vehicle at eight points according to the specific problem (noise and/or wear problem).

		Dimensions of aggregate (W x L x H): 440 mm x 350 mm x 410 mm -> tank volume: 9 dm³ -> weight (empty): 35 kg Note 1: Dimensions of the aggregate can be adjusted according to customer needs. Note 2: According to the customer needs volume of the tank can be adjusted (1 dm³ = 1 liter).
Other technical data: Operating voltage: 24 V DC Electric current in aggregate during operation: 1600 mA Electric current in aggregate at standby: 50 mA Noise of the device (on distance of 1 meter): < 35 dB(A) Air supply (pressure): 2 ... 8 bar Number of spray nozzles: 2, 4, 6 or 8 nozzles (the size of the aggregate or tank does not have impact on the number of spray nuzzles). Special CHFC material - Composite Heavily Fluid Compound material is capable of taking over extremely high pressure loads. Highly effective system has the ability of applying material which contains more than 40% of solid particles. Device can be with our or without integrated gyroscope. Set up program on the electronic control unit is adjusted with PC.		Options of applying the material on one rail vehicle: with eight spray nozzles with two spray nozzles with four spray nozzles with six spray nozzles Note: Number of nozzles depends on the problem which has to be solved.
